After graduating from the University of Lethbridge in 2011, with a B.Sc in Biology and a B.Ed. I came back to central Alberta and began working in both Rocky View and Chinook’s Edge School Divisions. I was immersed in High School Redesign and Flexibility early in my career and have continued along this path at École Olds High School in the Green Quad since 2014-15.
Subjects Taught:
- Science 10
- Biology 20 (usually 30 as well)
- Chemistry 20 & 30
- Math 20-2 (historically 10C & 10-3 also)
Last year I was fortunate to get involved in our Dual Credit programming and I am very excited to assist students along career pathways again this year!
I also assist with the choral program (I love to sing!) and I will be coaching Track and Field (especially the running events) in the spring.
My husband and I run a farming operation and parent 3 wonderful children, in addition to our full time careers. There is little to no down time in our lives but we love it that way (most of the time)!
