I am a former student of Olds High, raised on a farm north of town.  I received a BSc degree in Agriculture from the University of Alberta but I was unable to deny my passion for music.  This led to a 25 year career in the Canadian country music scene as a musician, songwriter, producer and road manager.  During this time, I also worked part-time as a farmer, custom fencer and operations manager of a pre-mix plant.  I am enjoying the challenges that come with my role at OHS and I'm proud to be part of a great team
