Spartan Cross Country
During the months of September and the beginning of October, we will train each Monday and Wednesday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. We will meet in the Blue Quad. From there we will proceed outdoors for warm-up stretches and then spend about half an hour running followed by cool down stretches. Runners are encouraged to train on their own at least one additional time each week.
If students are also involved in volleyball, football, hockey, etc, they are encouraged to attend any of these weekly practices that fit in with their schedule. If you practice on your own, please record your times and distances.
A fee of $30 per team member is charged and will cover all entry fees to events.
